A while ago I wrote a posting about Agatha Christie who stayed at the Formentor hotel when she wrote one of her books. However like any good mystery the plot thickens, because now I have read elsewhere that infact she stayed at the Illa Dor hotel beside the pine walk.
Agatha Christie is not the only famous guest in Puerto Pollensa over the years Winston Churchhill has stayed in the Formentor hotel as well as Charlie Chaplin, the Princess of Wales and Douglas Fairbanks.
