This is a very attractive, clean, pretty small town with a stunning beach set in a cove. The beach, with the mountains beyond, could easily be used as a film location. It takes only about five minutes to walk from the town to the beach, which has a café facility almost on the sand, —- so you don’t have far to walk for a refreshment. .
The town is very quiet and has a small number of Hotels and a few shops. If you are looking for a resort where you can have a restful peaceful time, reading books having short walks, sunbathing and enjoying good meals, then this could be the place for you.
As Puerto Pollensa is within a short bus journey and the fare is just over one euro each way, you could make that short trip periodically, to experience all that the larger town has to offer and thus achieve the best of both worlds.
The attached photographs show just how beautiful Cala San Vicente is,–quite breathtaking. Have a look also at the section of this site- “Things to do, when you are there” where you will find more information about Cala San Vicente.
