The whole area including the beach and offshore island was purchased by an Argentinian businessman in the 1920′s and still remains private property to this day. | Villa Concha is part of the Hoposa chain, which owns several Hotels, Including Hotel Daina, Hotel Illa Dor, Hotel Uyal, Hotel Pollentia and the Hostal Bahia. This low rise modern self catering apartment complex, with a swimming pool and landscaped gardens, is located in a quiet, mainly residential area, a short walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa.
Its exact position is –from the main roundabout, walk in the direction of Alcudia for about ten minutes and Villa Concha sits off to the right, a few streets behind the main road, quite close to the Police Station. |
