I am sure that at times we have all thought that there must be somewhere in the world which could provide a fabulous family holiday and sometimes that ideal destination is never found.
Perhaps we have just been lucky, because we found Puerto Pollensa many years ago and it has never disappointed us.
It has also pleased many other families, because it is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Majorca and people go back to it every year.
It is located on the northern coast of Majorca, about a one hour journey up the motorway from Palma and it`s busy airport.
As Puerto Pollensa is almost flat, it is perfect for pushing prams or wheelchairs. The sandy beach is one of the longest in Majorca and is virtually a magnet for attracting chidren, who want simply to spend their days playing in the warm golden sand.
There are hundreds of good Hotels, Apartments and numerous mouth watering restaurants to choose from and the nightlife is quiet and low key.
