Most of us have made sand castles on the beach, simply to amuse the children and its also good fun for us, but if you want to see how the professionals do it, you can watch them making some fabulous creations most days on the beach at Puerto Pollensa.
They are so good, I have even seen BBC television filming them for inclusion in one of their Holiday programmes.
The sculptures usually remain for a few days and then almost by magic, they are transformed into something completely different.
Their favourite location is on the beach a short distance from the main roundabout.
