Spending part of the day shopping in Puerto Pollensa is enjoyable, as the shops have a wide range of choice in their overall stock and they cater for all tastes.
Apart from several supermarkets. the shops are small, chic in designer standard quality and are all located within a short walk from one another.
The type of shops include those selling–
* high quality leather goods. Handbags, shoes, belts, purses, wallets, luggage etc.
* Ladies dresses, skirts, evening wear, beach wear.
* Toys and floats for the beach.
* Perfume.
* Wine etc.
Several are located on the Pinewalk, or close to the marina and others are in
side streets near the main square (Church Square.) As the stock changes regularly, more than one visit would be advisable.
In addition to these shops, a market is held in church square on a Wednesday morning,
where you will find a huge choice of stalls which open early in the morning and close
around lunchtime.
Whatever you need, you will probably find in the market.
