Puerto Pollensa has a wealth of things to do, listed on this page are a selection of things we like to do when we visit the resort. They may not all interest you but they give you an idea about the sort of things you can do on your holiday.

The Pine Walk – A beautiful stretch of beach running from the centre of the resort along to the Illa dor hotel. Dotted with bars and restaurants it’s perfect for an afternoon stroll 

The Beach – Puerto Pollensa is a beach lovers paradise, head to the Pine Walk for chilled out afternoons sunbathing, or head to the beach beyond the round-about which hoffers a number of wind and water sport activities.  

The Puerto Pollensa & Pollensa Market – Taking place on a Wednesday in Puerto Pollensa and a Sunday in Pollensa the weekly markets are a must. Buy fresh food, flowers, gifts and local products, it’s a great morning out. 

Hire A Bicycle – Puerto Pollensa is flat and safe to cycle around, so grab a bike and start exploring.

Walk Round The Marina – One of our favourite spots in Puerto Pollensa the marina is great for an evening stroll or morning walk.

Further Afield

Visit Cala San Vicente – A pretty seaside town close to Puerto Pollensa, you can walk there by heading across the Sierra de Tramontana mountain range or taking one of the local buses from the Marina.

Visit the Hidropark– If you are looking for a fun family day out then the Hidropark (Waterpark) in Alcudia is the perfect place to go.

Visit Formentor – Formentor is a short bus ride away from Puerto Pollensa and the journey up over the mountains is simply breath-taking. Take a towel and sunbath on the beach there and when you are finished take the boat or bus back to Puerto Pollensa. 

Visit Alcudia – Alcudia old town dates back to Roman times and is a fascinating town to explore if you are interested in history. It is a short bus journey from Puerto Pollensa and you can catch the bus at the marina.
